Exploring Dharamshala

Exploring Dharamshala (Dharamsala)
McLeodGanj. Dharamkot. Bagsu
On my fourth trip to India I finally got a chance to visit Dharamshala. I spent most of my time in the villages Dharamkot and Bagsu and in a town called  McLeodGanj, which is famous for being a recidence of the Dalai Lama and Tibetan refugees. However, all together people mostly call these places  Dharamshala. Dharamkot and Bagsu are very peaceful villages, on the other hand, McLeodGanj is more this "asian"  loud and crowded kind of place. Even though it is located in India, there are a lot of Tibetan people around, so it is possible to dive into Tibetan culture, see traditional crafts and try Tibetan food. One thing that I definitely want to say, that these places have a magical atmosphere. People are so kind and nice, not only locals, even foreigners become so warm-hearted here. It seems like you are in some different world. Here I want to present some images that show daily life of people who live there, combined with the photos showing the villages surrounded by the Himalayas.

Hope you enjoyed learning about Dharamshala through my pictures
Thank you for your attention!
